How do I check the status of my experience/package?

Go to My Trips, the suitcase image on your FoodTrip App, where you will be able to find all the information regarding your experiences.

What happens if my experience/package is cancelled?

Your payment method may be temporarily authorised for a charge when you book an experience/package, but this authorisation is voided and released back to the payment method if the experience/package is cancelled by us. We complete a charge only when the experience/package is confirmed.

Can I make changes or cancel an experience/package?

Yes, you can make changes if the experience/package has the minimum number of participants (pre established in the description of the experience/package), and use the amount you paid toward booking another experience within 30 days.
You can also appoint someone to take your place in the experience/package. In this case, there will be no refund.

In the case where you want to cancel an experience/package you will only receive a refund if it is made up to 14 days prior to the start date of the experience/package.
To change/cancel an experience/package:
1 Go to My Trips on the FoodTrip App
2 Find the experience/package you want to change/cancel
3 Click to cancel or change experience

How do I guarantee my spot on the experience/package?

To guarantee your spot on the experience/package, you will need to book & pay for the experience on the Explore section of the FoodTrip App. Once we have the minimum number of participants for the experience/package, you will receive a confirmation with the full details.

Where can I find all the information about my experience/package?

The information about your experience/package is available on your FoodTrip App, in the section My Trips. There you will find all the details about your upcoming and past purchased experiences.

What happens if I miss my experience/package?

If you miss your experience, we are unfortunately unable to refund you.

Can I change the date/time of my experience?

YYes, you can make changes if the experience/package has the minimum number of participants (pre established in the description of the experience/package), and use the amount you paid toward booking another experience within 30 days.

Is there an age restriction?

You must be 18 or older to creat an account. In order to use the FoodTrip App and services, you must be 18 years or older.

Please note that if you are purchasing an experience/package for someone who is not 18 or older, this person must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Payment methods

How do I edit or remove a payment method?

To edit or remove a payment method go to your Profile section in the FoodTrip App, then select Payment, where the Payment Method screen will allow you to edit or remove a payment method.

What methods of payment does the FoodTrip App accept?

The FoodTrip App accepts Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay as payment methods.

When will I be charged?

Do I have to pay if my experience/package is not confirmed and the experience is not happening?

If your Experience/Package is not confirmed we will void the charge we make when you book an Experience/Package, and you won’t be charged.

If your Experience/Package is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund.
